Also, with the low impact of the class, it is great for helping with my back issues. Regardless of your abilities there is a level you can participant in to help yourself improve! Tai Chi is a GREAT way for self-improvement in so many areas!
I love this place! I started my journey about 1.5 years ago hesitant to go at first because I didn't really know much about Martial Arts and was a little intimidated but I am so glad that I took that first step and went. I started with their Tai Chi program and then moved into their Kung Fu and Kickboxing class. Not only am I getting a physical workout but I also get a mental one. I learn something new every time I go; from the way our bodies work to different ways to deal with the stress of the world and etc. The instructors are amazing and I love how they explain and show why we are learning what we do; we aren't just in there moving without a purpose. They also have something for everyone of all ages. I would highly recommend Martial Zen to anyone who is looking to better themselves in a positive way.
I love training here. The material we learn not only helps in a self defense situation but also with everyday life. The instructors are great on a professional and personal level and pretty much everyone has a strong black belt attitude. I love this place!
I look forward every week training with Mr. Wofford and Ms.Reyes, they are very knowledgeable and professional in Martial Arts and always push you to be the best!!

I’m thinking about buying a Tai Chi video or book, will it be able to help?
I’ve personally purchased a Tai Chi for beginners video some years ago. While it was very informative and instructional, there is really nothing that can replace learning Tai Chi in person from an experienced instructor.
Videos and books also lack the community feeling that Tai Chi classes have to offer, which is a significant motivating factor to actually getting up and practicing.
